- Return/exchange policy is not applicable except in cases where the item is defective, which will require proof of defect in the form of pictures or an examination of the item by our team. For the latter, the customer must bring the item to the studio where purchased for such an examination to take place.
- The company must be notified within 5 calendar days of the order being received for any return/exchange to take place. A fair resolution of the matter will be decided and communicated by the Vera team after due diligence has been completed.
- The company is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping.
- Orders can be cancelled for up to 48 hours after order confirmation to be eligible for a full refund of the advance amount. After 48 hours, the advance deposit is non-refundable.
- Any changes to orders will not be permissible once the order has been confirmed.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Delivery timeline is estimated at 4-6 weeks for formals and 8-12 weeks for bridals. Please note there can be some variance depending on order size, requirements and delivery location.
- Payments can be made via cash or bank transfer for orders placed at our studio. Account details will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.
- For online orders placed on our website, payment option via card will also be made available at the time of checkout.
- Delivery charges will be decided based on delivery location and weight of the order, and will be communicated around the time of order dispatch. Delivery charges along with any additional taxes or duties are borne by the customer. Vera utilizes DHL for delivery.
- We try to ensure that the colors of the images reflects the true color of the dress. However, slight variations may be seen due to individual screen settings. Additionally, fabric dyeing can be influenced by factors such as dye composition, fabric type, and environmental conditions at the time of dyeing, making each piece unique.
- Lace and fabric patterns may vary slightly based on availability. While we strive for consistency, minor differences may occur, at the same time ensuring the uniqueness of each piece.
- Silk-based fabrics may feature subtle darker threads or texture variations due to the natural weaving process. These characteristics enhance the fabric’s raw, organic beauty and authenticity, making each garment one of a kind.
