Orders & Returns

  • Return/exchange policy is not applicable except in cases where the item is defective, which will require proof of defect in the form of pictures or an examination of the item by our team. For the latter, the customer must bring the item to the studio where purchased for such an examination to take place.
    • The company must be notified within 5 calendar days of the order being received for any return/exchange to take place. A fair resolution of the matter will be decided and communicated by the Vera team after due diligence has been completed.
  • The company is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. 
  • Orders can be cancelled for up to 48 hours after order confirmation to be eligible for a full refund of the advance amount. After 48 hours, the advance deposit is non-refundable.
  • Any changes to orders will not be permissible once the order has been confirmed.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
